Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very cozy beds and lovely amenities. The views of Mount Blanc and the trout pond below were excellent. However, the service was a bit disappointing as it was very rude at times. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Chamonix with beautiful gardens, although the nearby busy road affected the peace in the room. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options available.
The hotel offers stunning views of the mountains but is unfortunately plagued by insects. The location is convenient, only 15 minutes from the city center, although some rooms face a busy road and train line. The service is welcoming and informative, but there were instances of rudeness. The dining experience offers delicious food but may come overpriced. The hotel provides a quiet oasis despite the nearby busy road.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although small, had a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, along with a fireplace and a cute outdoor balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location surrounded by cozy wooden houses was just perfect. However, the main street view was a slight downside, but the elegant decor made up for it.
The hotel offers spacious and well-maintained rooms, though some wear and tear noted. The service was excellent overall, with a relaxing spa experience, but a slightly impolite checkout encounter. Its central location in Chamonix is convenient for exploring the town, despite noise from a nearby busy road. The dining experience left much to be desired, with pre-cooked food and unfriendly staff.
